Your eligibility. You must meet the following qualifications to use Econplusminus.com: (a) you must complete the registration process and agree to these terms; (b) you must create log in credentials (including a password) to gain access to the service; (c) you must provide a payment method to pay for any applicable fees for the subscription plan selected by you; (d) all contact information you submit must be true, complete, and up to date; and (e) you should be legally capable to enter into contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service or to terminate accounts for any user and to change eligibility requirements at any time. We may refuse the use of any user name that we determine is unacceptable. |

Fees. By selecting a subscription service for a fee, you agree to pay automatically the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Currently, a valid PayPal account is required for paying accounts (the “payment method”); please go to www.paypal.com if you do not have a PayPal account. All payments must be made in advance and will be charged on the day you sign up for a premium service and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual period as indicated. Subscription fees are not refundable. You authorize us to charge you for the service using your payment method and for any paid feature of the service for which you choose to sign-up or use while this contract is in force. You must keep all information in your billing account current. Prices and availability of any products or services are subject to change at any time. |

Your responsibilities. You must keep your log-in information confidential. You must comply with all laws and these terms. You may not violate the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining at your own expense the equipment and Internet access that you will need to use Econplusminus.com. |

victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
